RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item so that we can process your return or exchange request.
Any request made after 30 days cannot be considered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • All items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • For all returns or exchanges, you must use a shipping method with a tracking number.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Promotional items and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Damages or losses caused by the customer are not refundable.


GENERAL RETURN PROCESS

1. Initiate a return

Send us an email at support@aotos.com with photos and/or videos of the item, as well as your order number.
Our customer service will evaluate your request within 3 business days .

2. Send the article

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
(Reminder: any item returned without authorization will not be accepted.)
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refund or exchange

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days .
We will then proceed with the exchange or refund.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product, quality defect), we will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to the customer (e.g., change of mind, size/product error), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • No restocking fees will be charged to the consumer.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days .

If you do not see the refund after this period:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (a processing delay may exist).

  3. If the problem persists, contact us at support@aotos.com .

Please note: initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Before shipping

  • Order cancellation: no penalty if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Change of address: free before shipment.

  • Replacements/exchanges: if a new order is not created or if the final amount is lower, the difference will be charged according to the product.

After shipment

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify, cancel, or block it .

If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, the order will be processed as a return:
→ refund of the product amount, less shipping costs .
Please check your address carefully before placing any order.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items must be returned in their original box , otherwise we will not be able to provide a return label.

  • If you no longer have the original packaging:

    • Please inform us of the dimensions of your box so that we can issue a new label;

    • Ensure that the dimensions comply with the carrier's limits, otherwise penalties may apply;

    • In this case, corresponding fees may be deducted from the refund.
