International shipments may be delayed due to natural disasters or adverse weather conditions.
To track your order, contact us at support@aotos.com so that we can provide you with the tracking number.

We currently offer free shipping to the 48 continental states of the United States.
We do NOT ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note that all our prices include taxes: you will not be charged additional taxes when shopping on our online store in the United States.

Total delivery time to the United States = Processing time + Shipping time = 6 to 11 business days , depending on your location.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date indicated on the product page.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • This refers to the time between placing the order and handing it over to the carrier.

  • Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation/payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends may experience a slight delay.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday , during business hours, excluding public holidays. We do our best to minimize delays during these times.

  • PO Box , APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible.

  • International deliveries are not available at this time.


ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.
You will be provided with a tracking number (it becomes active within 24 hours).

Please note:

  • The tracking update may take 48 to 72 hours .

  • If you are unable to track your package, contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours .


DELIVERY DELAYS

International shipping may be delayed by adverse weather conditions.
If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@aotos.com We will check the situation with the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Before shipping

  • Order cancellation: no charge if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Change of address: free before shipment.

  • Replacements / Exchanges: if no new order is placed or if the final amount is less than the initial order, the difference will be charged.

After shipment

We cannot modify, block, or cancel an order that has already been shipped.

If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us:
→ we treat this as feedback.
→ The refund will be issued to your original payment method less shipping costs .

ABOUT TAXES

In rare cases, your government may apply customs fees.
These fees are not from our website and are the sole responsibility of the local authorities. Therefore, you will be responsible for them .

We have no control over customs decisions.
